We want to introduce you to our newest training tool- Webinars. For the convenience of users across Australia we have started conducted training sessions from our head office directly to your school. We are extremely proud of our support procedures. We treat each and every call or email as urgent. We run our support desk via a computerized database. Every time you call you are able to speak to a real person. Your calls and emails are then logged by time order. Our support team will respond to every call to make sure all your questions are answered efficiently. This will all happen within a maximum timeframe of 4 hours! There is no question too big or too small for our team. We believe that every question and query is important and urgent regardless of school size, status or location.
