All our products are absolutely free of any kind of purchase, acquisition or license cost. Furthermore there are no hidden costs and all fees are up front and FIXED with no surprises regardless of the size of the database, size of the collection, number of patrons or financial ability of the library.
Our users are classified into four broad classifications:-
- Universities, Public and Commercial Libraries.
- K-12, P-12, College and Secondary Educational Libraries.
- Primary Schools Libraries.
- Micro (special case libraries starved of funding or resources e.g. Small K-12, P-12 and Secondary School and College Libraries).
We don’t have customerswe have partners.
Our partners pay a small nominal support fee when they use our products. They also provide all the functional research and product future directional requirements for all upgrades.
Apart from excellent responsive support via phone, email and web dial-in, we also provide all development and upgrades (usually about 4 a year) free of any cost.
Our partners see us as the Libraries IT development department with one fundamental difference; they have no cost and no budgets to adhere to!

We have essentially two products for the Library market place:-
A virtual digital library management system that contains a full featured web based LMS, web based Digital Object and Multimedia Delivery System, web based Federated Search Engine & web and enterprise Automated Information and Digital Object Harvesting System.
A virtual centralized digital content repository with thousands of free Educationally relevant Digital content objects (available for unlimited free downloads).
These Objects include e-Books and Podcast from authoritative world recognized global sources committed to education.
When you apply to become a partner user and you install our v-LMS product, you don’t get a part of our v-LMS software or specific or selected modules and later billed or charged for other modules.
What you in fact get is our entire product offering. The same applies for all our upgrades; you get the entire product offerings with nothing left out.
You don’t purchase or install parts or modules of our Integrated v-LMS. It is actually totally integrated so you install v-Library Professional from day one and only pay support for one of the three levels of the application you choose to use.

There are no complicated contracts, no exclusive, inclusive or any other type of arrangements. We simply give you a license to use in good faith and ask that you respect our copyright and Intellectual property.
