v-Library TECHNICAL FEATURES

2. Operating System
The v-Library program will run on any Windows2003 0r Windows2008 server with IIS 6 or higher operating system
3. Networking Environment
- Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 server.
- Most other networks (contact our office for confirmation).
4. Hardware Requirements
Library Administration Machine
- Preferred operating system for this machine is Windows 2003 or 2008 server or higher.
Workstations
- Any workstation running Internet Explorer version 6 and higher.
5. Backup Medium
- We recommend the use of DVD Burner and DVD’s for backup.
Other backup media can be used, but the backup procedure for these other media will not be supported by Functional Solutions staff and you will be required to ensure your Technical Person organizes and sets up the backup for the system.
