We have changed our policy on individual requests for the benefit of all in the wider community of users.

Effective from the 1st August 2011, all requests for reports, functions and features:-

1. Will be received in the same manner by detailed email request.

2. All incoming requests will be logged on our internal tracking system and the requester will be given a “Ticket Number” for this request.

3. Our staff will meet weekly to schedule all requests.

4. If in our opinion any request does not contribute to the enhancement of the product then as per existing processes the individual requester will be notified and the matter closed.

5. If the request is to be proceeded with, it will go on to a list of upcoming enhancements and will be able to be tracked by the “Ticket number”.

6. All development, including requests for additional functions, features and reports will now be released as upgrades 4 times a year.

7. We will now release Quarterly upgrades for ALL users and they will be called by their version number followed by Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 eg “v1.4.2.1 Q3”

The benefit for all users is that they will automatically benefit from other colleagues research and practices quarterly.
