If you choose to use our cost effective global Support & Maintenance Services ASMS we will write almost any additional modules, functions or reports at absolutely no cost to you.

We also provide full access to all the source code to all reports to enable you to specifically alter any existing and future report or use existing reports as a base to write new reports. The report writer we choose to use is the easy to use world class 'Crystal Reports'. However you are absolutely free to choose your own favourite report writer to access the database engine.

We can install all upgrades free for your ASMS customers. These upgrades incorporate all enhancements and report requests received in the previous period. Upgrading is easy and not mandatory. It is however absolutely FREE so why not take on all upgrades. IF you use our cost effective global Support & Maintenance Services ASMS and you give us dial-in access to your server, we can schedule a mutually convenient date and time to do your upgrade remotely anywhere on the globe and it will be absolutely FREE.
