We provide an optional service called OSIS (On Site Installation & Support).
This includes:-

1. Data Conversion
2. Installation on site for Live and Production environments.
3. Training on site to your IT and Library staff.

It is available to any user virtually anywhere on the globe. It is very detailed, time efficent and most importantly very cost effective. It is a service we provide. We use our own staff and don't employ third parties, consultants or sub contractors for these services. We know our staff and they know our product. We accept full responsibility for the work we do.

OSIS is a fixed price service and there are absolutely no hidden or surprise costs.
