When your library chooses a Functional Solutions product it also chooses a guaranteed level of service and support that is second to none. In fact, rather than charging for our software, we simply charge a moderate maintenance subscription which is entirely optional after the first year. Principally, our goal is to provide the finest software and our incentive is to encourage maintenance subscription renewals in subsequent years. By offering a sound product and an unmatched level of service and support we provide intelligent library automation systems at a fraction of the cost of current competing models.

Implementation
Functional Solutions offers libraries a designated project plan and a time efficient execution plan. The implementation process consists of a project coordination phase, on-site installation and training and then on-going support. All this ensures that the installation and the conversion of your data, from your old system to e-Library, run smoothly, efficiently and reduce system and staff down time.

Reconversions
If during the process of converting your old system's data to e-Library there was a piece of important data left out, please feel free to request to have the desired data reconverted and a program made to insert the data into your current e-Library database. Remember, Functional Solutions guarantees their data conversions for 1 year!
If your data conversion is more than 1 year old, then we will still reconvert it for you. We may just need to get another copy of your old system's data if it is no longer in our files. So if some of your data is missing, all is not lost. Learn more about reconversions.


Training
Functional Solutions provides training with direct relevance to the library's own systems and hardware environment thus ensuring that it is uniquely geared to your needs. You can count upon the Solutions Centre online 24 hr's free support service with backup freecall telephone support and a guaranteed response to your calls. Functional Solutions routinely provides two free training seminars a year plus regular workshops at libraries and User Group meetings nationally. Subsequent training is available on the Online Solution Centre and on-site training can be provided should the need arise. Supplementary problem solving, training material & documents are provided for in the online electronic service and support.

Functional Solutions offers support via all the standard channels. Should the need arise the support centre provides for contact through email, fax, telephone, or the web. Indeed there are no call limits, contacts are unrestricted and technical staff are happy to talk to you frequently
